About Our Trails
The Uff da Trail
This is the longest trail at more than a mile. It features gentle switchbacks, has small rollers and berms built at a beginner level. It is a natural surface green flow trail ranging in width from two to three feet. This trail provides the easiest way down to the bottom; it is also the flattest trail. Obstacles on this trail are “rollable”: no matter how fast or slow you ride, you can “roll” the trail easily.
Note:
Upper Uff da Trail – takes you back to lodge
Lower Uff da Trail – takes you down to the chairlift
Dragonfly Trail
This is a blue technical trail. It is machine made. You exit the Tow Rope Trail to ride this trail. It is steep with more technical turns and a couple of mandatory airs, which you do have the option to ride around. This has become a popular trail.
Bullwheel Trail
This is a green flow downhill beginner trail. With wooden rollers, obstacles and wooden wall, all are optional and are able to be ridden around. We recommend this is the trail everyone warms up on when they come out for the day.
This trail is named for the bullwheel that came off an old chairlift – the bullwheel in the large wheel on which a rope turns to pull the chairs to the top of the ski area. It’s a nod to our ski and snowboard season.
Vertigo Trail
This black advanced flow trail starts out tight on steep side hill and goes into a bunch of s-curve berms. It ends in a jump line of four tabletops. There are no mandatory airs – all jumps are tabletops. This is the steepest trail we have, and it has become a crowd favorite
Summit Trail
This is a blue technical trail and a true singletrack trail. It was made entirely made by hand, without machines. Its difficulty is similar to Dragonfly Trail – it’s not as steep but it is quite a bit tighter than Dragonfly.
Frosty Freeway
This is the main access trail from the lodge to the chair lift – this is the fastest way down to the bottom of the chairlift. It is a green flow downhill trail – it’s very beginner friendly and it’s an easy way down to the bottom because there is no pedaling needed. This trail has optional jumps only – no mandatory jumps.
Tow Rope Trail
This is a blue flow trail with no mandatory gaps or drop offs. It is steeper and faster than Bullwheel, with bigger bank turns. Once you master the Tow Rope Trail the rest of the trails can be used more easily.
Wildfire Trail
This is an expert level trail. Every feature is a mandatory gap or drop. This trail speaks to thrill seekers, professional riders, and advanced riders. A large rock retaining wall starts the trail with an 8-11’ vertical drop onto a 60’ slope.
