Friends of Frost Fire Park,
We hope all our friends of Frost Fire are staying safe and healthy. We are looking forward to another great Winter season at Frost Fire Park. The last year has been extremely difficult for us all in so many ways. All of us at Frost Fire want to support all ages by offering a safe and fun way to social distance this winter and to reduce stress by getting outside and staying active during the winter months. Skiing and snowboarding is great activity to support the reduction of stress, build confidence, staying active and connected to nature and its COVID-19 compliant with being in the great outdoors shredding the slopes in the beautiful Pembina Gorge! With this optimism, there will be changes due to COVID-19 and guidelines set forth by the State of North Dakota. Please take the time to read through the following changes:
❄️ Masks are required inside the lodge
🔥 Please practice social distancing; please be respectful of others visiting
❄️ Your Car = Your Lodge: no personal belongings in the lodge / get geared up at the car
🔥 If you arrive together = ride together on the lift / sit together in the lodge
❄️ No lockers will be available this year
🔥 No outside food or beverages
❄️ No Cold Café Grab-N-Go; will have a full menu available to order from in the lodge
🔥 We will have a outside station set up- tables, couches, and beer garden under our tent
❄️ Season pass holders- Direct to Lift. Please have season pass available to show lift attendants.
🔥 We are working on setting up our online store to purchase lift tickets / rentals; we are asking our guests to purchase lift tickets / rentals online, however, we will have stations onsite for purchase if needed. Purchasing online will help us with crowd control in our lodge and the process much faster and easier = more time for you to be shredding and hitting the terrain park!
We are extremely excited for another great season back! Please reach out with any questions on what to expect when visiting us ( 701.549.3600 )
Please continue following our social media pages / website for further updates on opening day and COVID guidelines!
TOGETHER, WE CAN ALL BE THE REASON WE KEEP THE SEASON!
Howatt Hangar is completing the North Dakota Smart Workplace assessment weekly. The Hangar is compliant with all general standards set forth by the State of North Dakota.
In addition, we have adjusted our own operational procedures to include employee screenings and temperature readings prior to beginning their shift. We also require all employees to wear masks.
